My sweet H got me one of these nifty puppies! Now I can slice up a freaking storm. Its really very nice, and I love me some kitchen gadgets.
A few weeks back i tried a "shortcake" by my friend Kari. I didn't make enough crust, and I think I like it more like a pie crust and less like a shortcake - but the flavor of the filling was GREAT. Thanks, Kari. Documented, as requested. ;)
